Authors must indicate their preferred format during submission and in the abstract template:

Note:
The Scientific Committee reserves the right to make the final decision on the presentation format based on peer-review scores and program capacity.
*If the submission is not shortlisted for the Rogayah Jaafar Award, it will be channelled to either the oral or poster presentation mode.

4. Technical & Formatting Guidelines
To ensure fairness and a smooth review process, abstracts that do not comply with these technical specifications may be rejected without review. Download the abstract template. Abstract template
Language: Must be written in clear, standard English. Avoid excessive jargon.
Word Count: Maximum of 300 words (excluding the title, author names, affiliations, and keywords).
File Format: Microsoft Word document (.doc or .docx format only).
Typography: Refer to abstract template document.
Do not include references, tables, figures, or graphs within the abstract.
5. Ethical Policies & Declarations
During the portal submission process, authors are required to complete a separate declaration covering:
Ethical Review: Disclosure of ethical approval or official exemption status from a recognized Institutional Review Board (IRB).
Conflicts of Interest (COI): Disclosure of any financial or personal relationships that could bias the work.
Funding Sources: Clear statement of financial support or funding relevant to the work submitted.
Originality: Statement confirming the abstract not previously published or presented at a conference.
6. Presenter Mandatory Attendance Policy
At least one author of an accepted abstract must register and pay for the conference by the Presenter Registration Deadline to ensure their abstract is included in the final scientific program and abstract book. Each participant is limited to a maximum of two abstract submissions.
